Without Valleys, There Are No Mountains

Someone once said that if there were no valleys, then we would not have been able to notice the height of the mountains.

If there was no darkness, there would not have been sunlight.

If there were no weeds, there would not have been any flowers.

If there was no sadness, there would not have been any happiness.

If there was no unrest, there would not have been any peace.

If there were no strangers, there would be no friends.

The irony of life.
